These terms govern access to and use of Winnow websites, applications, reports, integrations, and connected tools. By using Winnow, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Use of Winnow
Winnow provides software and analytics to help growers, agronomists, and farm teams understand agricultural operations. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that users you invite are authorized to access your organization's data.
Farm Data and Integrations
You retain ownership of your farm data. You grant Winnow permission to process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. If you connect third-party systems, such as equipment, storage, mapping, or AI assistant integrations, you authorize Winnow to exchange information with those systems as needed to perform the requested workflows.
AI and Agronomic Outputs
Winnow may use models, deterministic tools, and connected data systems to produce summaries, reports, recommendations, maps, and answers. Outputs are intended to support operational decisions, not replace professional judgment, field scouting, label instructions, equipment manuals, or advice from a qualified agronomist, crop adviser, mechanic, or other professional.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Winnow to violate laws, access another organization's data, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law, upload malicious content, or use outputs in a way that creates unsafe, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Some features may depend on third-party systems, data availability, connectivity, weather archives, equipment APIs, or customer-provided credentials.
Disclaimers
Winnow is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Winnow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost yield, lost revenue, or loss of data.
Termination
You may stop using Winnow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Winnow or others, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally practical.
