When you connect farm systems, we process farm operation data such as fields, crop seasons, planting, application, harvest, equipment, weather, imagery, soil, and related agronomic records.

When Winnow is used through an integration such as the ChatGPT MCP connector, we may receive tool-call inputs and metadata needed to answer your request, including scoped SQL queries generated for your farm data, the optional question text supplied by the host assistant, result counts, timestamps, and authenticated user identifiers.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Winnow services, answer farm-data questions, generate reports, maintain security, debug issues, improve reliability, measure product usage, and communicate with customers. We do not sell farm data or customer personal information.

Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, databases, storage, authentication, analytics, communications, and connected data sources. These providers process information on our behalf so we can operate Winnow. Examples include cloud infrastructure, analytics services, and connected equipment or data platforms that you authorize.

Data Sharing

If you authorize a third-party integration, information may flow through that integration according to the permissions you grant.
